• How do I pay?

Invoices are issued weekly at the completion of services. Bank details are provided on the invoice.

• How long is a feed & walk visit normally?

The most practical time is 45mins to allow for a walk, feed and any other requirements. If need be, 30 minutes can achieve the same with a shorter walk.
 

• Are you insured?

Yes WagtailWalkers is fully insured and all contractors are asked to have public liability insurance as well.
 

• How do I know you will actually turn up?

Our customised pet sitting software keeps you in touch the entire time via our App. We pride ourselves on our accountability and transparency when caring for your pets.
 

• I need to cancel or change my service. What do I do?

Our App allows you to book, change and cancel services via the app (fees may apply).
